Twist the ends of the pipe cleaner together then trim the pipe cleaner so it extends only 1.5 cm from the base of the flower.

Tissue paper flowers with pipe cleaners. Scissors for your child and for yourself; Insert one end of your pipe cleaner into the first hole and loop it down into the second hole. Open up your flower and start fluffing the tissue paper one side at a time by pulling the layers of tissue paper apart.
