  1. Put all ingredient in a blender..
  2. Turn blender on slow speed for about 10 seconds then put on max speed..
  3. Blend until smooth..

But I really just make tones of smoothies, specially during the summer. I keep a couple bananas always frozen in zip loc bags in my freezer.
